Hudl: Every player will have access to their game film through Hudl. Hudl provides video review and is a performance analysis tool for athletes. 2. Filming for games: This pays for professional filming of games at all levels to be used on Hudl. 3. Strength Trainer: There was a strength trainer hired to help motivate and teach the football players correct weight lifting technique and nutrition. His salary was supplemented by the booster club. 4. 7 on 7 Tournaments and Big Man Challenge: Boosters paid and sent players to these camps to compete. 5. Summer Camp: Boosters will be providing water and snacks. 6. Spring Barbecue: On the last day of Spring football the Booster Club hosted a barbecue for players and coaching staff. 7. Pancake Breakfast: The Booster Club will be hosting the annual football pancake breakfast for all players and their families. 8. Team Building: The Booster Club supplemented the first event with $2,000 to offset the cost from $35.00 per player down to $15.00 per player. The Booster Club will continue to supplement Coach Casey when needed for future events. 9. Zero Dark Thursdays: The booster club provided breakfast and drinks for the players and coaches every Thursday in April 10. Thursday Night Dinners: Coach Casey would like a few Varsity parents to get together and host a dinner at one of their homes for all varsity players on Thursdays nights during the football season. This will be a team bonding event to help bring the team together to enjoy each others company before the game the next day. Each week the event will be held at a different home and hosted by two or three different families. The Booster Club will fund the cost of the food and drinks provided.

11. Game Day Meals: Coach Casey was concerned that last season because a lot of the athletes were not getting a healthy meal before games. He has come to the Booster Club for help and would like all levels to receive a healthy meal before the game to ensure they have the energy to perform well on the field. The Booster Club will be funding and delivering this food to Coach Casey for Freshman and JV teams. Coach Casey would like the Varsity to go to a restaurant and sit down together to enjoy their pre-game meal. The Booster Club will be working with local restaurants to get the food donated and are just asking that each player bring a few dollars to contribute toward the tip. 12. Game Day Snacks: The Booster Club will be providing game day snacks for all players at all levels at both home and away games. 13. Player Apparel: The Booster Club will be providing all players at all levels compression shirts, shorts, and socks at the beginning of the season as well as any other gear Coach Casey determines is needed. The Booster Club will also be funding Breast Cancer Awareness apparel during the month of October to all players at every level. 14. Homecoming Float: Coach Casey would like to have a Homecoming float this year to represent the football program. The Booster Club will be funding and organizing this project. 15. Campus Decorations for Varsity Game Days: To help get the players enthusiastic and spread excitement throughout the whole campus, Coach Casey would like to see the campus decorated on game days. The Booster Club will be funding and organizing this. The Booster Club will reach out to the SDOHS Spiritline for help with this project. 16. Varsity Banners: This year the Booster Club would like to order and pay for Varsity banners. In the past students that did not pay for them could not keep them, and we would like to see every varsity athlete receive this memorable keepsake after the season is over. 17. Banquets: The Booster Club will be hosting the end of season banquets for all levels. This is a big expense that includes food, drinks, player gifts, senior gifts, senior jerseys, trainer gifts, coaches gifts, and other thank you gifts. 18. Additional Coach Requests: Coach Casey came to the Board Members and asked for help financially for some much needed equipment to help him coach the teams more efficiently. We purchased a practice clock that costs $1,200.00. He would also like some game day technology to show him and a player a sideline video of the previous play during a game. The coach will be able to pull a player over to the sideline right after a play and show them on film exactly what happened during the play. The cost is not determined yet. Coach Casey asked the Booster Club to also fix or replace the end zone camera ***Each player costs this program approximately $800.00. We have obtained enough money from sponsorships and fundraisers to reduce the fee to $350.00. A vote was taken in February and it was voted by attendees in favor that families would rather pay the $350.00 instead of fundraising like previous years to meet the cost associated with their player. All of these things cost money, and without the payment of your Eagle Fee we will be forced to cut out some of these items and charge families that do not pay individually for the things their player needs. We are trying to build this program, and without your support, we cannot give the players and coaches what they deserve. If you would like to fundraise, we have offered a Rush fundraiser you can participate in to raise the money for your Eagle Fee. Please email boosters for information and thank you for your support. Fan Fest: Leti Garcia reported

Every home game the booster club would like to have a fan fest located on the practice field Fan fest will include things like games, a dunk tank and food trucks We need a lot of volunteers so if you can help please sign up or contact Leti at vicepresident.ocfootball@gmail.com Next Booster Meetings: Tuesday, August 8th Tuesday, September 12th Tuesday, October 10th Next meeting: Tuesday, August 8th in the SDOHS library at 6:00 PM Meeting adjourned: 7:24 PM Minutes recorded and submitted by Lisa Folkestad
