About GALF: The Goa Arts and Literary Festival is a regular gathering of writers, poets, painters, artists and readers, held on an annual basis at The International Centre Goa. It usually features a variety of presentations and readings by various authors, as well as other cultural events such as music, dance, plays, etc. delivered over a period of several days, with the primary objectives of promoting the authors/ artists fostering a love for literature, writing and art. Terms & Conditions: The Company should meet the following minimum eligibility criteria: 1. Should have partnered in building major brands; 2. Should have created Intellectual Property brands and nurtured them; 3. Should have undertaken preparation of strategies, arranging logistics & planning marketing for brand building; 4. Should have a minimum experience of at least five years in the field of promotion, brand building & event management including travel and hospitality with a minimum turnover of at least Rs. 50 Crores per annum in the last 2 years (supported by auditors certificate); 5. Should have managed at least two major brand building projects in the last 3 years with each project costing Rs. 5 Crores and above (supported by auditors/ clients certificate); 6. Preference will be given to companies having their own divisions or separate companies within the Group dealing in the areas of travel & hospitality, creation of IPs, event management, MICE, digital promotion, etc. Page 1 of 6

EOI Processing Fees: A non-refundable processing fee for Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) in the form of a Demand Draft or a Pay Order drawn in favour of The International Centre Goa payable at Panaji, Goa has to be submitted along with the EoI Response. EoI and processing fees should be packed in two separate sealed envelopes which should be packed together in a single sealed envelope.
