Real stories about moving off-grid, or starting a new life prepping or being self-sufficient Personal experiences that changed one s life during prepping for survival Stories should be non-fictional and should reflect personal experience The more deep and personal an article is, the more chances it will have to be featured and voted by our readers, so avoid basic, plain topics and go for practical, insightful DIY-type of themes We will publish only unique and original content (1000 to 3000 words length per story) that has not been published anywhere else before. If appropriate, send photos or videos that will help bring your story closer to our readers. For privacy reasons you can change the names of the persons involved in your story, and you can ask for your article to be submitted under a pen name. However, you will have to submit your real contact information so we can let you know in case you won the competition. Your contact information will not be made public and will not be used for any other purpose. What are we offering? How to enter the contest Submit your story starting by March 9, 2015 via email at contest@survivopedia.com. Your stories will be published during the contest, as we receive and validate them. Make sure to let everyone know you entered the contest and ask them to vote for you on our homepage!
Timeframe We will be receiving articles for 3 weeks during which we will be submitting the stories as they come and you will be casting votes. We reserve 3 days to count votes and for one of the sponsors to choose the most original project.
