PROJECT LABS The Project Labs (previously: Action Labs) will be central part of the TEH Camp Meetings. TEH Members propose the topics of the Project Labs and the Coordination OfGice provides advice, facilitation and documentation.
2nd MEETING OF COMMUNICATION MANAGERS TEH will host the second meeting of communication managers of European cultural networks in Lund, Sweden. Apart from the internal meeting of communication managers aiming to strengthen collaboration links between European networks, a public event on the topics of branding and data collection/analysis for marketing will be held. Dates: May - July 2018

hubs Groups of TEH member centres collaborate and share good practices across borders on various topics such as: Balkans Hub (ECoC, Regional policy development, startups, etc.) Mobility Hub (European Voluntary Service (EVS), staff exchange, Artistic exchange, Arts Education, etc.) Creative Incubators Etc. A hub is intertwined with the strategic plan of TEH.
staff exchange For cultural professionals arts educators, managers, curators, technicians, incubator managers, etc. connected to cultural centres to support mobility and boost cooperation. It includes support in travel and accommodation for the participants. Nov 2017 - Girst call. Jan - July 2018 - Girst round of exchanges. Participants will report and evaluate on their learning and experiences at TEH Conferences. Number of participants: 5 to 8 per year. Open to members only.
CAPACITY BUILDING
CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME The capacity building programme will enable cultural operators connected to non-governmental cultural centres across Europe to - enhance their professional skills - develop their international networks - Develop ability to work inter-culturally - build more resilient cultural organisations Including: - digital and physical courses - short-term and long-term training - action and peer-to-peer learning in an international setting
CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME Building on our projects Creative Business Models (2014 2015) and Creative Lenses (2015 2019), the FIKA (2014-2016) programme, the diverse strands of the Capacity Building programme aims at transferring part of the knowledge generated by past and current research into the cultural sector in ways that further exploit this knowledge. This programme will support cultural leaders to be(come) more resilient and meet challenges of tomorrow. For Members, Associates, and open to others.

Mar 2020 - Training no. 3 in an ECoC city (TBD). Jun - Dec 2020 - Residential Summer Training + coaching. Twelve participants every year. Only for Members. It provides Ginancial support and participation.
4. start-up centres support This programme is meant to support initiators of cultural centres who are in the start-up phase of transforming post-industrial buildings. Total number of benegiciary centres in 4 years: 12. Only for nonmembers. Year 1: Focus Balkans Oct 2017 - Consultation at TEH84 in Kyiv, UA. Jan 2018 - Open call for 3 Balkan start-up centres. Spring 2018 - Selection of 3 candidate centres. April - August 2018 - study visits, coaching and peer-to-peer. May 2018 - Training at TEH85 in Bilbao, SP. 2019-2021 - Same programme.
5. Arts education (audience development) This programme focuses on capacity building for arts educators connected to culture centres. The programme builds on exchange and knowledge transfer between arts educators during yearly seminars with invited experts from the Gield interspersed with individual study visits, meetings and a conference on the topic of participation in the arts. During the Girst year the practices, methodologies and terminologies used by the involved arts educators will be collected and documented, indicating also the various needs, strengths and obstacles expressed by them. Three study visits of Arts Educators will take place every year (total study visits in four years: 12).

Feb 2020 Arts Education as Audience Development at A4. Feb 2021 Arts Education in public schools at Kulturfabrik. Steering committee with member organisations. Only for Members. DATA COLLECTION
crm system & data collection A CRM-system will be designed and implemented during 2017 and 2018. It will allow us to: Build a comprehensive database of non-governmental cultural centres in Europe and beyond. Easily connect our members and their staff. Facilitate communication and exchange (survey). Support internal and external communications while the network grows. Collaboration with ENCC to develop a set of indicators for benchmarking of cultural centres.
