MEET AN EF360 I get to engage in my own love for language learning on a daily basis, collaborating with international colleagues around the world. HÉLÈNE VINCENT Manager of Product Innovation EF Educational Tours, Boston Graduate of Brown University With an international upbringing, family all over the world, and a love for languages (she speaks seven with varying levels of fluency), Hélène quickly recognized that her passion for education and travel aligned perfectly with EF s mission. As an EF360, she worked directly with senior leaders across the company. During this cross-product exposure, she saw an opportunity for collaboration between two of EF s products: International Language Schools and Educational Tours. Today, Hélène is the manager of EF s new Language Immersion Tours, which she designed and built. This product allows students to enhance their confidence and passion for foreign language study. Both the initial design phase and ongoing product development have sent her to 15 different countries and over 20 EF schools. Fun Fact When not traveling or in our EF Boston office, Hélène loves to create new recipes with local ingredients. She learned to cook at her college coop where she had to make dinner for 30 people in only 2 hours. EF s stylish and new North American flagship in Boston has fantastic views of the Charles River and downtown. 4 5

HOW TO APPLY TO BE AN EF360 How to apply: Send your CV and cover letter to www.ef.com/360. A select number of qualified applicants will be invited to take the EF360 Challenge during the final round of the interview process. The Challenge: You are stranded on a tropical island. At first glance, it looks deserted but then you are accosted by warriors of a local tribe. The Queen of the villagers glares at you. She demands that you make a case for why they should let you stay on this island. Thankfully, she speaks both an exotic dying language and English. The only things you have on you are what you are wearing: pajamas and a T-shirt of your favorite band. You checked your pockets and found Post-it notes, a pencil, and your iphone. What do you do? What do you say? How do you convince the Queen and warriors that you would add value to their island? Tell us what you would do in this scenario. Any creative format is welcome, although video submissions should be captivating and under three minutes and written proposals should be brilliant and under 500 words.
