We should recognize the importance of, and systematically inquire into, entrepreneurship as a factor of economic growth (Schumpeter, 1947). 6

Benefit Two Relevance Benefits to Region Gender Inclusion & Entrepreneurship Greater inclusion of women in the regional economy is high on APEC s agenda (APEC, 2017). Entrepreneurship encourages females to be innovative and inspires their talent. 7
