Step #4 states to select 'Interpretation' as your task type...this is no longer the case. You will now select 'Summarize Plan' on step #4 and then date the task and hit the Save button on step #5. IPM Agent and IPM Program Specialist Activity Report Instructions Within the first six work days of each month IPM Agents and Program Specialists are required to submit their Monthly Activity Reports to the Statewide IPM Coordinator copying his Office Assistant (Esther Jackson). The Activity Report is in spreadsheet format and captures numerical program information on a monthly basis, provides year-to-date information and is transportable to another spreadsheet from which program wide and emphasis area reports can be generated. The information is used for purposes of program support. Activity Report Instructions: Newsletters: Do not report anything on this line. Number Issues written -- Report the number of issues of your extension newsletter written during the month here. Number Non-Extension Clientele on Mailing List - Report the number of non-extension clientele receiving the newsletter by mail on this line. Number Non-Extension Clientele on E-mail and Fax List - Report the number of nonextension clientele receiving the newsletter by e-mail or FAX on this line. Total Non-Extension Clientele - Do not enter anything. The spreadsheet will calculate the number of non-extension clientele who receive your newsletters on line 8. Radio Programs Report the number of radio programs or radio interviews you participated in here. TV Interviews Report the number of television programs/interviews you participated in here. AgNews Press Releases Report the number of AgNews press releases featuring your work. Articles in National Trade Journals - Report the number of articles you wrote and submitted to nationally distributed trade journals. Number of Subscribers Report the number of subscribers to the national trade journal articles. Give the total number of subscribers for the journals if there is more than one. Articles in State Trade Journals - Report the number of articles you wrote and submitted to trade journals distributed within the state. Number of Subscribers - Report the number of subscribers to the state trade journal articles. Give the total number of subscribers for the journals if there is more than one. Articles in Local Newsletters - Report the number of articles you wrote and submitted to local newsletters not sponsored by you. Number of Subscribers - Report the number of subscribers to the local newsletters. Give the total number of subscribers for newsletters if there is more than one. Blog Postings Report the number of blog postings. Peer Reviewed Publications Report the number of peer reviewed publications in which you were an author that got published.

Published Abstracts & Proceedings Report the number of published abstracts or proceedings. These are non-peer reviewed publications. Extension Publications Report the number of numbered Extension publications you authored or co-authored. Fact sheets with an Extension publication number count here. Unnumbered Fact Sheets or Leaflets Report the number of unnumbered Fact Sheets or leaflets you wrote and circulated. Slide Sets Developed Report the number of slide sets you developed for your use in educational meetings or for wider use by yourself and others. Narratives for Training Posted on Websites Report the number of sets of training material you developed and posted on websites. Website Page Visits Report the number of page visits to your Extension work related website. Website Unique Hosts Report the number of website unique hosts. Youth Curricula Developed Report the number of youth educational curricula you developed or participated in developing. Courses Taught If you were the primary lecturer in a college class, report it here. Report each class taught one time (do not report it for each month you taught the course). Guest Lecturer in a College Class Report the number of times you lectured to a college class this month here. Scientific Presentations/Posters Report the presentations and posters you presented (or copresented if you were a co-author or co-presenter) at professional society or national commodity group meetings here. Newspaper Articles Report the number of newspaper articles you wrote or gave interviews for here. Newspapers Carrying Report the number of newspapers which carried your article (if known). Circulation Report the circulation of the newspapers carrying your article. If more than one paper carried the article, report the sum of the circulations of the papers. Farm, School or site visits Report the number of visits to farms, schools or other sites for extension educational purposes. Scouts or practitioners Trained Report the number of IPM scouts or practitioners (school employees, nursery employees, box store employees or others who need identification, damage or biology skills) you trained. Consultants Trained Report the number of agricultural or other consultants you trained. TDA Agricultural CEU Credits Offered Report the number of TDA Agriculture, Horticulture related CEU Credit Hours you provided. This report captures hours of credit you taught, not number of people trained. Non-Agricultural or Non-TDA CEU Credits Offered Report the number of CEU hours you provided in Non-Agricultural or Non-TDA certification trainings. This could include Structural Pest Control or CEU s for groups other than agricultural pesticide applicator certification.

Pest Management Steering Committee Meetings Report the number of Pest Management Steering Committee Meetings. Presentations Made: Do not report anything on this line County Meetings Report the number of meetings for clientele from a single county in this blank. Field Days and Tours Report the number of Field Days and Tours at which you made educational presentations. Multi-County or Regional Meetings Report the number of Multi-County or Regional Meetings at which you gave educational presentations. Schools Report the number of classes in which you provided educational information or training during the month. Civic Clubs Report the number of Civic Clubs at which you made educational presentations. 4H and Youth Groups Report the number of 4H and youth group educational meetings and trainings you provided this month.
