If a partnership is contracted within 30 days of the conference, full payment must be received prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations of any partnerships must be sent in writing to Devon@aee.org. Cancellations received after July 28, 2017, are not eligible for a refund and will be responsible for the full partnership fee.
