Terms and conditions I- Assignment of space for exhibition booth Exhibition booth space (8 x10 ) is included only in Platinum, Gold and Silver packages. Priority for space assignment will be based on the date on which applications are received. No space will be assigned until both an application and payment have been received. Exhibitors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to that of a particular competitor should indicate this on their application. Careful consideration will be given to all such requests but relocation cannot be guaranteed. In the event of conflicts regarding space requests or conditions beyond the control of the exhibit management, ICPM 7 reserves the right to revise, relocate, or reassign exhibit booths at any time for the overall benefit of the meeting. A revised floor plan will be provided upon request. All attendees must wear their ICPM 7 badge at all time in the lecture and exhibit halls. Exhibitors must set up theirbooth before 16:00 Sunday and remove it Friday before 16:00. II- Payment and logo Drexel University will issue an invoice upon reception of the completed Partner s Checklist (previous slide). No refunds for cancellations after June 1 st, 2018. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Bank Transfer are accepted methods of payment. Include a high-resolution company logofile (vectorgraphics)with the checklist.
