In the past editions, the event counted with more than 35 thematic fora, 600 working sessions, 1,710 prominent speakers, enjoyed over 18,200 attendees from all over the world and counted with coverage from more than 75 Media outlets. These included entrepreneurs and representatives of the private sector, business support organizations such as chambers of commerce and promotion agencies, political authorities, and international coverage from a number of local and foreign media agencies. Like every year, this session is jointly organized by the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed), and lays the groundwork for exploring the most relevant topics in the region. Concretely, the NABDF addresses the economic climate in North Africa, as well as its repercussions on politics and society. The event will challenge businesses and governments to address their present travel policies, as well as demonstrating case studies and success stories from around the region and internationally.
