GSCNC has not inspected these programs or vendors and there are no GSCNC representatives at these events. Purpose: The panel ensures that Girl Scouts are able to participate in troop activities- no matter their financial situation. Job: As a panel, review Program Grant and Troop Loan applications. Time Commitment: Two hours a month. Location: Meetings are held via Conference Call most months, with 4 in-person meetings a year at the DC Council Office. Date/Time: Third Monday of each month from 7:00 PM 8:30 PM. A light dinner is provided during in-person meetings.
