It is composed of individuals who are responsible for the acquisition, operation and management of local, state and federal criminal justice information systems. NAJIS has partnered with many other organizations such as the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), SEARCH, the IJIS Institute, the National Criminal Justice Association (NCJA), and Justice Information Sharing Practitioners (JISP). All managers and practitioners who are involved with automated information systems and integrated justice systems benefit from NAJIS participation. NAJIS conference participation includes experts representing prosecution, law enforcement, courts, integrated justice, and corrections.
