Allen Bethel Dr. Bethel is Pastor of Maranatha Church of God in Portland and serves on the faculties of North Portland Bible College and Warner Pacific College, as well as the Board of Trustees at Warner Pacific. MONDAY: Rev. Mark Fast Rev. Fast is Pastor of Centralia Community Church of God in Centralia, WA. An alumni of Warner Pacific, Mark is currently on the Warner Board of Trustees. He spent 6 years as a church planter & lead pastor at LifePoint Church in Renton, WA. TUESDAY: Kelley & Rhonda Philips and Joshua and Audrey Weiger (see bios on the following page) WEDNESDAY: Rev. Brian Arnold Rev. Brian Arnold, Pastor of Lynchwood Church of God in Portland, is an alumni of Warner Pacific. He & his wife, Sheila, have 2 young boys. Brian served as youth pastor for 9 years. Worship Leaders The Exchange Born in the Pacific NW town of Kingston, WA, The Exchange consists of brothers Britt and Jack Espinosa, and Tyler Mays. The group is known for their down-toearth attitude and for being highly personal with their fans. They have toured extensively, performed at Creation NW and have released singles and an album. PRAYER TIME You are encouraged to join us each evening at 6:45 in Egtvedt 203 as we have a special time of prayer for our speaker and for the evening service.

Missions / Conference Leaders Kelley and Rhonda Philips Joshua and Audrey Weiger Kelley and Rhonda are a part of the Three Worlds team and serve with the creative, relational XZ Berlin ministry, which partners with the German church to reach people for Christ in the postmodern city of Berlin, Germany. Rhonda has a ministry working with women caught in sex-trafficking. Joshua will head up a network that supports youth leaders in Europe and the Middle East as well as youth. Audrey will use her business and management skills to assist in the ministry with women caught in sex-trafficking and in organizational and administrative work for the Three Worlds region. Adult Ministries Activities Rev. Gale Hency will be speaking to the adults during the 3:30 pm conference Monday and Tuesday. His topic is on Heaven. The conference will be in Egtvedt 203. There will be a dinner at 4:30 pm on Wednesday focusing on the Heavenly theme. Tickets, at $10.25, must be purchased in advance. You are requested to wear something white to the dinner if you are able. Women in Ministry will have a luncheon Wednesday at noon in the Dining Hall conference room #120. Bring your lunch and join other women in ministry as you share together. Jenny Marble Elliot will be the facilitator. GENERAL GUIDELINES AND POLICIES Summer Celebration program costs are paid for in part by evening service offerings as well as a registration for each attendee. A copy of the registration information is included in this booklet following this page. It is also available by visiting the district web page, www.orwacog.org. NURSERY, PRE-SCHOOL and CHILDREN S LOCATIONS The nursery/preschool program (newborn through kindergarten) is in the Early Learning Center. See the map on the last page for location. Children 1st through 5th grades will be in the Lower Library. They will be released mid-service. The nursery will be available in the mornings by appointment only. If you need this service contact Nancy Brown at 541-430-6892. CONDUCT Persons are requested and expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Christian principles of good taste while participating in any aspect of the Summer Celebration experience. These include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: No smoking. No profanity. No alcoholic beverages. No chewing gum. Modest attire is requested at all times. Quiet hour is 11:00 pm for Warner Pacific dorms and apartments. Please keep the grounds and facilities clean at Warner Pacific College. All persons at Warner Pacific College are expected to attend the services and conferences available for the various ages and interests. SAFETY Please drive carefully at all times, and be mindful of people in the parking lots. No pets at any of the Summer Celebration functions at Warner Pacific College. Leave bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, etc. at home. YOUTH and CHILDREN REGISTRATION All youth entering 6 th grade and under the age of 18, participating in Summer Celebration activities must complete a signed registration form, including the signature of an adult sponsor who is at least 21 years of age or older who will be responsible for them while at Summer Celebration. This also includes the signature of their parent/guardian for medical release purposes. The registration form will be available both at the Information Center and in the McGuire Foyer. Included on the registration form is a release for all off-site activities. Youth will be transported to any activities away from Warner Pacific College in vehicles provided by the Association. No youth will be allowed to use personal vehicles for transportation to and from group activities. Parents of all preschool and elementary age children are also requested to register them for the Summer Celebration programs. You can get these registration cards at both the Information Center and the McGuire Foyer. FOOD SERVICES Meals this year will be provided by Warner Pacific College s food service department. Cost of meals will be Breakfast: $6.40, Lunch: $10.00, and Dinner: $10.50. We would encourage you to eat on campus and fellowship with other attendees. LODGING Apartments will be available on a limited basis for the adults at Warner Pacific College at $50/night (one and two bedroom apartments available.)
