Soon, when you go to CNA.com, you ll find an exciting new website designed to provide a guided and simplified experience for our visitors. As part of the new site, we ve consolidated access to all CNA secure sites through one login location in the robust Agent Center on CNA.com. When the new site goes live, your CNA Central login will always be just one click away along with access to any other secure CNA sites you may have. Your user ID and password will stay the same and once you log in, your experience won t change. We hope you ll take advantage of everything the new CNA.com has to offer as we guide you through our complete product and service offering. Current CNA Central Login Experience STEP 1 Currently, to log in to the CNA Central website, you type in CNACentral.com, then enter your user name and password and proceed with your work. New CNA Central Login Experience STEP 1 Soon, when you go to CNACentral.com, you will find a new CNA Central login page. Consider creating a bookmark for the new location. Enter your user ID and password Prior to logging in, you can also access any publicly available content from this page to help in your sales and marketing efforts. Simply select what you re looking for using the appropriate drop down menus. To log in, enter your CNA Central user ID and password. Click the Login button. You will go directly to CNA Central. STEP 2 CNA Central has not changed; only the way you access CNA Central has changed. You will find the same information as today and can easily continue with your work. An Alternate Way to Log in to CNA Central You can go to CNA.com and click the Agent Center link. Simply enter your CNA Central user ID and password, click the login button and you will go directly to CNA Central. Note: If you are an agent with access to more than one CNA secure site, you will see them listed in the right hand corner. Click the site you wish to access. Agent Center link 2
Returning to CNA.com Logout link There are two ways to return to CNA.com from CNA Central. The first way to return to CNA.com, is to click the CNA Central logout link in the upper right corner. You will be directed back to the CNA Central login page. This method has logged you out of CNA Central at this point. Returning to CNA.com Alternate Return to CNA.com The second method to return to CNA.com is to click the CNA logo in the upper left corner of the screen. This method will keep you logged into CNA Central. 3
Returning to CNA.com Alternate (continued) You will return to the CNA.com home page. At the home page, click Agent Center to return to your session. Agent Center link Explore Agent Center on CNA.com Sales and Marketing, Learning and Billing You can now continue to do your work in Agent Center. There are many additional actions you can take from Agent Center including: Search for marketing and co-branded materials, upload mailing lists, and perform other marketing related tasks in our Sales and Marketing tab. Go to our Agency Bill Pay tab (will be available if you use that system) and view your consolidated bill. Access our subscription center, and view CNA Agent enews our bi-monthly newsletter. Navigate to other locations in CNA.com using the red boxes or other links on the page. 4
Logging Out of Agent Center You can log out of Agent Center by clicking the Log Out button. When done, click Log Out Let us guide you. If you haven t updated your browser recently, consider doing that now to receive the best experience once the new site goes live.
