Recent Council Definition To ensure quality of life, public safety, and public health by providing city services such as public safety, water and sewer, parks and recreation, community development, courts, trash and recycling, environmental stewardship, streets and maintenance, transportation, and the library for residents, local businesses, visitors and the environment. 4
