When Is The Last Day to Register? In order to ensure each attendee has a badge and meeting materials, registrations should be received no later than May 20, 2016. Cancellation Refund Policy All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations postmarked, faxed or e-mailed on or before May 23 rd will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. No registration fees will be refunded after May 27, 2016. Any form received without payment will not be processed. 13 Monday pm 1:00pm-2:15pm Concurrent Sessions Prioritizing Deferred Maintenance Facing the challenge of documenting and prioritizing deferred maintenance across a portfolio of more than 3,000 buildings and over 8 million square feet, TXDOT instituted a statewide facility condition assessment to help them justify capital budgets over the current biennium. The FCA also included an effort to capture equipment inventory to populate their new IWMS system for centralized operations and maintenance which also provides continuous updates of FCA data.
