Continue to Measure Client Preparedness as Go-Live Approaches Use Audit tools available from our vendor Lifepoint to help prepare for transitioning our clients to ICD10. Contact clients who have not selected new codes for replacement. Track remaining Legacy future orders with ICD9 codes. 19
