On Saturday July 23rd River City Radio Control will be having it's annual North Iowa Fair fun fly. This year will be extra special as one of our members, Dennis Johnson, has been stricken with some serious medical problems. In conjunction with the fun fly we will also be holding a benefit for him. Dennis retired last fall after many years as a body shop owner (American Auto Body). Dennis has been a huge supporter of our club. Every year he donated all the food we sold and also did much of the cooking. The fair will be having hot air balloons this year. On Saturday there will be launches at 6 AM and 6 PM. Come early or stay late to watch this fun event. Please see the attachments for the Dennis Johnson benefit and the Fair scheduled events for the day. Please share Dennis's benefit on your Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/ rivercityradiocontrol/?ref=bookmarks Thank you and see you at the Fun Fly Date: July 23rd, 2016 Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Location: River City RC Club Flying Field North Iowa Fairgrounds During the Fair benefit for Dennis Johnson Come help support a great guy that s been a huge supporter of RC Airplanes!
