Affiliate demonstrating outstanding service to the community, civic projects and charitable donations. Outstanding Philo Advisor exhibiting leadership in the chapter & affiliate, fosters and encourages relationship between Philos and Sigmas. Affiliates - Philos Refer to the Philo handbook for detailed descriptions of awards. Letters of Recommendation from the advising Graduate Chapter should be written by the Basileus (or Advisor for the Philo of the Year award). Philo scrapbook rubric follows the chapter rubric. Majority of Philo awards may be announced at the First Lady Pageant.

Affiliates - Rhoers Award Description Required Documentation Rhoer Advisor of the Year Rhoer of the Year Miss Rhoer Competition This award is presented to the Club Advisor who has provided exemplary leadership and mentorship to her Rhoer Club. She is also an advisor has has worked cooperatively and diligently with her fellow advisors and local chapter to plan, organize and execute effective programming for the Rhoers. 1. Rhoer Advisor of the Year Application 2. Typed report detailing completed projects as well as programs, since the last Regional conference, Programs should be extensions of the Sorority's International programs. 3. Letter of Recommendation from local Chapter Basileus or Club Co-Advisors. 1. Rhoer of the Year application 2. Transcript verifying GPA This award is presented to the Rhoer who has 3. Letter of recommendation from your Rhoer Club Advisor actively participated in the activities of her club, distinguished herself academically, and exemplified leadership abilities both within her club and community. The Miss Rhoer Pageant is held every Boule year on both the Regional (Miss Rhoer) and International levels (Miss International Rhoer). At the regional level the pageant is held to determine the Rhoer that will represent her region at the Boule and compete for the title Miss International Rhoer. 4. Documentation to support participation/involvement in the Rhoer club and Community activities 5. Verification of receipt of awards, recognitions, or honors received 6. Verification of financial status 7. Letter of recommendation from outside source (pastor, teacher etc). 1. Transcript verifying Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 or better 2. Letter of recommendation from outside sources (Pastor, Teacher) 3. Letter of recommendation from the Rhoer Advisor 4. 300 Word Essay addressing the following: The Rhoer s future as a woman and what she can offer to mankind 5. Verification of the Rhoer s financial status 6. Resume of participation in high school activities/involvement, achievements, and honors received

Rhoer Club of the Year Application 2. Chapter Scrapbook 3. Letter of Recommendation from Graduate Chapter 4. Chapter Display (optional but must include the scrapbook) Rhoer Scrapbook Scrapbook showcasing community service, programs developed or sponsored by the club, educational outings, and trainings or workshops the Rhoer have participated in for the timeframe of Boule 2014 to Boule 2016. Rhoer Scrapbooks should follow the Rhoer protocol. Rhoer displays are not be judged individually. **Displays are only allowed as a part of the Rhoer Club of the Year submission.
Boule Theme Going for Sigma Gold: Celebrating Global Leadership and Visionary Service The Boule theme has not been confirmed as the theme for all scrapbooks and displays. For the 2016 Central Region competition either the Regional or Boule theme can be used.

Use the Chapter EOY Report that is submitted to HQ as a guide for the Chapter Report (exclude financial information)

Lawrence Brown Mental Health Achievement Award Regional Award submitted to and recognized by Central Region Achievement & Awards Committee NOT related to the National Award. Boule Award submitted directly to the International Awards & Achievement Committee.
Boule Awards Regional winners for Boule eligible awards are submitted to the National Achievement & Awards Committee as regional representatives for competition at Boule. The Regional Awards & Achievement Committee will work with all regional winners to compile the Boule application packet for awards that are submitted by the regions. Boule Awards applications have not been updated for the 2016 conference.
