Study Abroad with Bunker Hill Community College Experience another culture firsthand through the BHCC Study Abroad Program! Spend up to seven weeks in one of 13 amazing countries and earn up to eight academic credits. Bunker Hill Community College s Study Abroad Scholarship provides funds for students to study program in their choice of 13 countries. The scholarship covers 80 percent of the total cost of the program, with students responsible for the remaining 20 percent. The scholarship covers all reasonable expenses, including tuition and fees, room and board, airfare and other transportation, as well as books and personal expenses. The scholarships are funded by the Student Government Association and the College. While faculty, staff and interested community members also take part in the Study Abroad Program, scholarships are available only to qualified BHCC students. Eligibility Requirements You must be enrolled in a BHCC degree or certificate program for the Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters, either part time or full time. You must have completed 12 or more college-level credits at BHCC by December 31, 2018. You must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher through the end of the Spring 2019 semester in all college-level courses.
