PACKAGE POLICY Parcel delivery carriers are instructed to use the call box in an attempt to contact & deliver packages to you (in person) prior to bringing it to our office. Please note, if a package is left outside of your unit door or near your mailbox the carrier is in breach of our policy. If the carrier cannot physically deliver you they are instructed to bring the package to our office and should, under no circumstances, leave the package unattended in the building. If a package is delivered to our office you will be notified that it has been logged in our system. If you have signed the permission to deliver form within your lease, our package concierge will deliver your package just inside of your unit within 24-48 hours of delivery to our office. If you have not authorized us to deliver packages we ask that you come to retrieve your package within 48 hours. We ask that you please be mindful of the limited storage space available on site. We will only hold packages for up to 48 hours; if the package is not picked up after 48 hours, we reserve the right to return the package via the parcel service it was delivered by.

A Message from Crocker Park Commercial Management May is the kickoff to our most interactive part of the year! Our staff works hard to get all the patio furniture out on the sidewalks the flower gardens are planted and baskets are hung. You can watch Crocker Park bloom right before your eyes! Many tenants will have their doors open for guests looking to make dinner reservations for First Communions, Mother s Day, and those soon to be graduating. We are finally starting to see warm weather come around more often, which means new crops and produce from the farmers at the North Union Farmers Market. It will be located in West Park every Saturday until December 15 th from 9am- 1pm. It is such a treat (pun intended) to walk down the streets and pick up fresh vegetables, meats, milk, eggs, pasta and more from the local farmers and artisans. Memorial Day weekend will kick off the return of Music in the Park, presented by Roche Wealth Management of Raymond James on May 25 th. Enjoy live music every Friday and Saturday from 6-8:30pm through August 31 st. The full list of performers is located on the Crocker Park website. Quick update we have a few tenants opening in the coming months Cinnaholic and Cantina Laredo are to open in May, while the relocation for H&M in Phase III will happen by the holidays. Baracco is set to open late summer and Blue Sushi is projected to open the first quarter of 2019.
