- 3-2. You are the marketing manager at Gamopa, a leading Malaysian company selling health and beauty products. Meanwhile, Delight is the closest rival of Gamopa in the industry. Out of 200 industry players, Gamopa and Delight are the top 2 brands. Recently, Delight launched a new health supplement targeting working mothers and have campaigned aggressively in the social media. Gamopa too is planning to launch similar product and your task is to start a social media campaign to counter Delight s campaign. Anda adalah pengurus pemasaran di Gamopa, sebuah syarikat terkemuka di Malaysia yang menjual produk kesihatan dan kecantikan. - 4-3. In Kepala Batas, SPU (population around 50,000), advertisement catalogues are distributed to promote local businesses in providing products and services to the community. There are over 100 businesses and around 300 products and services in the catalogue that is published quarterly. A sample of the catalogue is shown below. Supposed you have been hired to design and develop an e-commerce marketplace for Kepala Batas local community businesses (over 100 of them with around 300 products/services in the catalogue) to complement the physical catalogues, to improve on the transaction process from offline to online, and to provide better customer relationship management, among other things. Answer the following questions based on this scenario.
