Payment Terms and Conditions Full payment is due immediately upon signing. The organizer reserves the right to withdraw the sponsors reservation if full sponsorship amount is not received by 31 May 2014 Cheque should be made payable to Microsoft and sent to Microsoft address In the event of withdrawal, the partner shall serve a notice in writing to the organizer. A penalty of 50% of the sponsorship fee is payable for withdrawal 2 weeks or more before the event. Full sponsorship fee is payable for withdrawals less than 1 week to the opening of the event. Authorized Signature Date Company Stamp Logo and company description can only be included in the event collaterals if the materials are received on or before the deadline stipulated in the sponsorship manual. All other creative, production and materials to be distributed at the event are subject to Microsoft approval. Microsoft reserves the right to alter/ substitute the sponsor entitlements due to unforeseen circumstances.
