Blazer Boosters are alumni and friends of UAB who provide the financial support through the UAB Athletics Foundation to help talented student-athletes receive a quality education while fostering the growth of the Department of Athletics. UAB Athletics has received unprecedented financial support from the UAB and Birmingham communities, and your contribution is providing the critical resources necessary for success at the highest level. Donations through the UAB Athletics Foundation generate funding for student-athlete scholarships, capital projects and facility improvements, and the enhancement of sport specific operating budgets. Priority seating requires an annual Blazer Club per-seat donation in order to purchase season tickets. BARTOW ARENA MEN S BASKETBALL PRIORITY SEATING Blazer Boosters members have the opportunity to purchase men s basketball season tickets in premier locations within Bartow Arena. Priority seating requires an annual Blazer Club per-seat donation in order to purchase season tickets. THE CHAMPION CLUB UAB s Champion Club is represented and guided by the partnership between the Director of Athletics and the UAB Athletics Foundation Board. Champion Club memberships are $15,000 annually for both individual and corporate accounts plus the cost of season tickets. BENEFITS: Opportunity to purchase up to four (4) season tickets in the Champion Club for football All American Parking Pass for football Opportunity to purchase up to four (4) season tickets in Champion Club for men s basketball Eligible for courtside seating (based on availability) Valet parking for men s basketball Invitation to private events See Annual Membership Levels and Benefits chart in the membership guide THE AD SOCIETY UAB s AD Society was established to recognize the philanthropic leaders who make a contribution of $25,000+ towards annual scholarship support in a giving year. This society represents individuals and corporations who provide the margin of excellence for UAB student-athletes to succeed on the court and in the classroom.

OTHER BLAZER BOOSTERS PROGRAMS BELLES & WHISTLES Belles & Whistles was formed in 2008 with the goal of providing UAB s female student-athletes with the greatest opportunity for success in academics and athletics by creating a network of those who will help raise funds to enhance the student-athlete experience. Events are held throughout the year to show support for UAB women s programs with the goal of raising funds for female student-athlete scholarships and special projects as designated by the Director of Athletics. UAB S B CLUB The B Club is the official organization within UAB Athletics that recognizes and coordinates former letterwinners of all sports to keep them connected to UAB. Through B Club events, members reconnect with teammates to help promote and serve the UAB Department of Athletics. Membership dues for the B Club are $100 annually with 50% directed to scholarship support and 50% directed to the sport gift account of the donor s choice. BLAZER BOOSTERS INITIATIVES GIFT-IN-KIND UAB Athletics will accept gifts through trade or in-kind to offset operating costs (i.e. automobiles, lodging, catering, etc.). Benefits for these gifts will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and a portion of the gift may be tax-deductible. BLAZER REPS The Blazer Rep program is a volunteer initiative designed to reward individuals who recruit Blazer Boosters members and fundraise for UAB Athletics. Blazer Reps who meet the minimum requirements of three new pledges and/or $500 in new revenue will be eligible for rewards. SPORT GIFT ACCOUNTS Sport gift account donors contribute to the enhancement of a specific program s operating budget. Donors are not eligible for benefits such as priority seating or parking benefits as outlined in the Blazer Boosters membership guide. However, sport specific donors are eligible for nontangible benefits, such as a tax deduction, as well as benefits outlined by the sport in which their restricted contribution is made.

THE CAMPAIGN FOR UAB ATHLETICS First-class facilities are essential for recruiting and sustaining the most talented student-athletes. Investing in the improvement of UAB Athletics and its facilities will enhance the student-athlete experience and provide greater opportunities for our teams to compete at the highest level. Capital Improvement gifts are taxdeductible. Naming opportunities and associated benefits are based on the individual project. Pledges to a capital project can be fulfilled over a multi-year period. Your contribution will allow Blazer student-athletes to enjoy the benefits of an elite-level facility, while positioning UAB Athletics to flourish into one of the premier athletics programs in the country. In recognition of their generosity, Ever Loyal Society members gain access to exclusive stewardship opportunities. The UAB Athletics Ever Loyal Society will be one of the cornerstones for the Department of Athletics growth in fundraising to help position Blazer Athletics to compete at the highest level nationally. These major gift commitments are above and beyond any priority seating annual donations.

BLAZER BOOSTERS PRIORITY POINTS Blazer Boosters Priority Points is a ranking system that creates a fair and equitable method for recognizing Blazer Boosters members. Priority Points are earned through your generous support of Blazer Boosters and UAB Athletics. A current year annual gift tied to priority seating is required to activate your priority points for ranking and allocation. Over time, Blazer Boosters Priority Points will allow UAB Athletics to prioritize certain benefits to donors who give consistently for both annual giving programs and restricted (sport-specific, endowments, capital) gifts.
