Girl Scout Council of the Florida Panhandle Bronze Award Project Check List ACTIVITY DATE COMPLETED Attend Bronze Award Information Session and/or Download Bronze Award Take Action Booklet from GSUSA website. Read the Bronze Award Take Action Booklet Start working on the Journey requirement. You must complete 1 Journey book before starting on the Bronze Award Take Action Project. Work on a timeline for your Bronze Award Take Action Project and the requirements and discuss with your Troop Leader/Advisor. Organize team and find Take Action Project Advisor. Meet with Advisor for final approval of project. Once approved, put your Bronze Award Take Action Project into action. Don t forget to keep a detailed journal/log of your hours. Stay in contact with your Bronze Award Advisor throughout your project. Inform her/him of any changes or problems with your project. Once your project is completed, submit Bronze Award Take Action Project Final Report to the Leader/Advisor. Please include the detailed log/journal of your hours and budget sheet. The log should be neat and legible. Make 1 copy for yourself and turn in the original. When the Bronze Take Action Project is approved, the Leader/ Advisor must sign the Final Report and send a copy to Council. Celebrate your accomplishments! Great Job!
