CAPTURE PLANNING Capture Planning is a term used to describe the broad effort used to align a prospective government Vendor s marketing and development efforts to a specific government product/services requirement in the timeframe extending months and even years prior to the date the actual procurement solicitation hits the street. Various methodologies exist as guideline to the Capture Planning process.
