4. DQP It is recommended that a DQP inspection service be hired by show management for every show to protect not only the horses, but exhibitors, owners and show management. If a DQP is used, you must use the FOSH DQP program. To affiliate with the FOSH DQP program, please fill out and return the DQP form which will be included with your show packet to be sent on receipt of your completed sanctioning application. If you have questions or need assistance in hiring a DQP, please contact: Nya Bates (208-559-2755) or Teresa Bippen (314-409-3861) Nya s email: rocknya.bates@gmail.com Teresa s email: Tbippen1957@yahoo.com or DQP@fosh.info. 5. Judges Show management must directly hire their show judges. FOSH strongly recommends using a judge from the Independent Judges Association (IJA) which has some of the nation s best qualified judges for naturally gaited horses among its ranks. If you use a judge from another Tennessee Walking Horse organization, your show will not be sanctioned by FOSH. Other judges unrelated to other TWH organizations can be utilized by requesting a guest card from the FOSH Director of Judges. Only one guest guard per judge per year will be issued. Please be advised - all FOSH regional championships must hire an IJA judge. If you have not already hired a judge for your show and you need assistance or have questions about hiring an IJA judge, contact the Director of IJA Judges, Dianne Little (403) 271-7391; ddlittle@telus.net. 6.
