International education is New Zealand s fifth largest export industry, with a goal to achieve $5 billion economic value by 2025. India is New Zealand s second-largest and fastest-growing source country for international students. Post-study opportunities continue to be in high demand as Indian students seek pathways for employment and migration. New Zealand s Private Training Establishments (PTEs) attract the largest number of Indian students, driven largely by migration pathways. Skill India Skill India is an initiative of the Government of India which has been launched to empower the youth of India with skill sets which make them more employable and more productive in their work environment. The National Skill Mission is chaired by the Hon ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi himself. India is a country today with 65% of its youth in the working age group.
