New Business Randy s Items ü Turf work on football field continues; scheduled to be completed by 8/23 ü 7/24 1 st fall sports meeting at 6:30p.m. for sports that begin on 7/30 ü 7/30 fall sports meeting at 6:30 for the rest of the fall sports Spiritwear schedule ü Attached to meeting minutes ü REMINDER: Send names and contact numbers to Joel at Monarch Sales at least one week prior to your assigned date.

ü There will be no spiritwear sold at a boys basketball game this year since there are no home games prior to Christmas; added a sale date during Wrestling 2018-19 School Year orientation to be held 6:30pm August 12 th before August meeting VII. Committee Reports a. Homecoming Committee 9/28/18 ü No update b. Membership Committee ü Brenda Krohnke is done after the 18-19 school year looking for a new individual membership rep to shadow ü Brenda K wills send new membership form to Randy to be updated on the website ü 41% of the corporate sponsors have paid ü 6 new corporate members c. Pigskin Classic Committee 9/8/18 ü Peggi S no changes to Pigskin Schedule from last year ü REMINDER: Anyone wo wants Pigskin forms in the mailings that go out 8/1, get them to Randy by 7/19 EOD and he will make sure they are sent to the appropriate schools and included in the packets. ü Working on game ball arrival ü A. Wiskersham pre-order at 7/15 & 8/12 meetings; pick up will be the night before Pigskin ü S. Wickersham will organize Jr. Football exhibition ü Golf tournament scheduled for 8/11, so far 4 teams signed up; need signs for hole sponsors; NEED PEOPLE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THE GOLF TOURNAMENT ü Reminder: You can use T&A money to sponsor coaches on a golf team

ü Middle School dance 7-8:30 on 9/7/18, will need resource officer ü Dodgeball o 6:30 Friday night (9/7/18) for Grade School & Intermediate School o 2:00 Saturday (9/8/18) for Middle & High School o $35 per team; online sign up only at teambrandonvalley.com o Football will work Friday night concessions at dodgeball; all concessions money goes to all sports o Cross Country Run/walk 7:30 a.m. NOTE: earlier time due to home cross country meet that date; Volleyball will work the road race o 3x3 Basketball starts at 9:00 online only sign up at teambrandonvalley.com o Blanket Sales & Outside Concessions Boys/Girls Track o Cheer Camp can be added to the online sign up; also need to arrange for mascot during football game o Pedal pull Special Olympics in charge o Inflatables Wrestling in charge o Pig Auction Softball in charge o Punt/Pass/Kick/Soccer Challenge Randy o Bunting Need Sponsors Reindl s Eigenberg s d.
