Sample: A printed prescription to be used at a retail pharmacy The printed prescription a patient takes to a retail pharmacy if they choose that option. IMPORTANT: If you issued a prescription order to be dispensed through InstyMeds and then the patient decides to get a printed prescription to take to a pharmacy instead, contact the InstyMeds Call Center (866-306-3502) to void an InstyMeds voucher and change the order to a printed Rx. If the InstyMeds voucher is not voided, the patient may not be able to get their prescription filled at a retail pharmacy due to insurance claims. In addition, the InstyMeds dispenser has deducted that drug from its inventory list and that drug container is not available for another prescriber to prescribe until it s voided (or 48 hours passes). 16
