TEXT DESCRIPTIONS OF PRECINCT BOUNDARIES KNOXVILLE CITY PRECINCTS Knoxville 1 st : The first precinct shall include that part of the City lying north and east of the center lines of the following description: Beginning at the north City limits at the center line of Lincoln Street thence, in a southerly direction following said center line to the center line of Long Lane Drive, thence along said center line in an easterly direction to the center line of Grant Street, thence in a southerly direction along said center line to the center line of West Pleasant Street, thence in an easterly direction along said center line to the center line of North Roche Street, thence in a southerly direction along said center line to the center line of Main Street, thence in an easterly direction along said center line to the east corporate limits of the City. Knoxville 2 nd : The second precinct shall include all that part of the City lying east of the center line of Roche Street and south of the center line of Main Street in said City. Knoxville 3 rd : The third precinct shall include all that part of the City lying south of the center line of Pleasant Street and west of the center line of Roche Street in said City.
