Fine and Moskowitz Summary: Prohibition Against Contracting with Scrutinized Companies; Prohibits company that is on Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or that is engaged in boycott of Israel from bidding on, submitting proposal for, or entering into or renewing contract with agency or local governmental entity for goods or services; provides exceptions; requires specified provision in such contracts; requires company to make specified certification in specified circumstances; provides for preemption. LBRs: DMS ProDev team funding increase for PMP up to $180,000 for FY1819. More details will be released during May PD meeting. 7

Prevents other agencies from getting staff into classes Causes PD team to overbook current courses. Cancelled Miami in January due to low attendance. Will provide calendar for second half of year in May. Recert classes will be same as initial. Florida Certified Contract Negotiator (FCCN) 2018 schedule: 4 Recert classes: offered quarterly (April 19-20 is next) Initial offered 6 times (April 16-18 next) 8
Professional Development Project Management Professional (PMP) Request for top 5 prioritized staff is due March 30, 2018. Include relevant procurement staff Include IT professionals to meet Title 74 requirements. Participants will be notified by April 6. Classes tentatively scheduled for April 24-27 and May 8-11.
