Our Chapter sent one of our best recruiters and trustee out this month. Greg Reyes, you will be missed. Thank you for all of your AFSA efforts, good luck to you in the future, we know you will do great things. As for the rest of Chapter 985, we keep rocking, both at the International Professional Airman s Conference as well as locally. With our motivated council and our dedicated membership, it is no wonder we are the chapter that others come to for volunteerism advice. I should keep all of you informed though on one big-ticket item with a deadline of 30 September. The 5 years for $25 membership ends at the end of September, membership fees will go back to $25 for one year. Please get the word out before it is too late. If you are an active member, you can also renew your membership as well. We continue to support all projects that are within our ability to do so. Thus, our chapter offers many volunteer opportunities in the local area. If you want to receive the announcements to participate, email our Airmen Activity Coordinator, Rafe Holmes at AFSA 985AAC (aac@afsa985.org).
