Alliance Bank Loan & Credit Card Repayment Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Alliance Bank Loan & Credit Card Repayment Campaign ( Campaign ) is organised by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("ABMB") and shall run from 1 October 2018 to 31 March 2019 (inclusive of both dates) unless notified otherwise ("Campaign Period"). 2. This Campaign is open to selected Principal and Supplementary ABMB Credit Cardholders, Personal Loan, Housing Loan and Hire Purchase customers whose account(s) are valid, active and in good credit standing as determined by ABMB at its absolute discretion and who have received a short message service ( SMS ) notification on this Campaign from ABMB ("Eligible Customers"). 3. The following customer(s) shall not be eligible for this Campaign: a) Customer who did not receive the SMS notification; b) Customer whose account(s) are terminated during the Campaign Period; c) Permanent and/or contract employees of ABMB (including its subsidiaries and related companies), their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and siblings; d) Any accounts held with ABMB that are deemed to be delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted; e) Persons who are of unsound mind, minors or bankrupts; f) Any other persons as ABMB may decide to exclude at its absolute discretion without notice and without assigning any reason(s) thereof. 4. Eligible Customers are entitled to a RM30 Cash Rebate when they make their ABMB Credit Card/Loan repayment using only funds drawn from any Current Account and/or Savings Account ( CASA ) via any of the payment methods listed below in any three (3) consecutive months during the Campaign Period: a) Set up standing instruction via Allianceonline or call in to Customer Service 03-55169988 b) allianceonline c) allianceonline mobile d) Phone banking 03-55169988 e) Alliance Bank Automated Teller Machine ( ATM ) f) Alliance Bank Counters g) Interbank GIRO ( IBG ) /Instant Transfer ( IBFT ) from another bank 5. To be entitled for this Campaign, the amount to be paid for Loan repayment, must be the same or more than the normal monthly installment and for Credit Card repayment, the amount paid must be at least the monthly minimum payment. 6. Eligible Customers without an ABMB CASA can open an ABMB account at any ABMB branch to be entitled to a bonus interest of 5% per annum for the first 3 months on the balances in the new ABMB account opened during the Campaign Period ( Bonus Interest ) subjected to the following conditions: a) The Bonus Interest will be calculated based on the month s average balance of the account, capped at an average balance of the first RM5,000. b) Bonus Interest will only be awarded if the Bonus Interest amount is more than RM1. 7. The CASA is required to be tagged to the allianceonline, in order to make a Credit Card/Loan payment through allianceonline. 8. Eligible Customers will only be rewarded once for each product repayment during the Campaign Period. 9. The Cash Rebate will be credited into the Principal Customers Credit Card /Loan account as advance payment within twelve (12) weeks from the end of the Campaign Period. 10. The Cash Rebate and Bonus Interest will be rewarded to the Eligible Customers based on a first come, first served basis subject to availability of the rewards pool, capped at RM70,000 during the Campaign Period. 11. Void payment transactions and transactions that have been reversed shall not be qualified for this Campaign. Page 2 of 8

12. The Eligible Customers account in respect of the Credit Card/Loan must be valid, active, and in good credit standing as determined by ABMB at its absolute discretion and must not be in breach of any of the Campaign s Terms and Conditions at all times and at the point the Cash Rebate is awarded to the Eligible Customers. 13. The Cash Rebate and Bonus Interest are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind. ABMB shall not entertain any request from any of the Eligible Customers or any other persons whosoever to give away the Cash Rebate and Bonus Interest to any third party s account or other accounts of the Eligible Customers which are not related to the Card/Loan. 14. Eligible Customers shall personally bear and be responsible for costs relating to the Cash Rebate and Bonus Interest including but not limited to any applicable taxes, insurance payments and other expenses whatsoever in respect thereof 15. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Customers are deemed to have unequivocally accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein including any amendments or variations to it and unequivocally accept the same in their entirety. This Campaign s Terms and Conditions and ABMB s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding on all the Customers and no correspondences and/or appeal in respect thereof shall be entertained. 16. Any matters which are not covered under these Campaign s Terms and Conditions shall be determined by the Bank. 17. This Campaign s Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to the existing Terms and Conditions governing the Cardholders Credit Card/ Loan accounts and banking accounts maintained with ABMB ( Existing Terms ). 18. The Eligible Customers hereby give their unequivocal and irrevocable consent and authorise ABMB to disclose their particulars to any third party service provider engaged by ABMB for the purpose of this Campaign. 19. ABMB reserves the right to terminate the Campaign in circumstances where there is a fraudulent, unauthorised or reversal of transactions, with prior notice. All records of the Bank on the transaction(s) made shall be deemed conclusive and final. 20. ABMB shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of transactions by Visa International Incorporated, Mastercard Worldwide, merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party which may affect the Eligible Customers entitlement of Cash Rebate during the Campaign Period. 21. ABMB reserves the right to use the names, any photographs taken, any videos recorded and/or other information of the Winners for current and future advertising and/or promotion purposes. The Eligible Customers hereby give their unequivocal and irrevocable consent and authorise ABMB to use, publish and/or display the names, any photographs taken, any videos recorded and/or other information for current and future advertising and/or promotion purposes in any manner it deems appropriate without any compensation. 22. The accounts of the Eligible Customers must at all times (i) be valid, in good credit standing and not be in breach of any terms of these Campaign s Terms and Conditions or the Existing Term; and (ii) not be terminated or closed or be made subject to any attachment, adverse orders made by the Court or any authorities sanctioned by laws, delinquent and/or invalid or cancelled as may be determined by the Bank in order to be entitled for the Campaign Rebate. 23. ABMB reserves the absolute right to withdraw/cancel, terminate, suspend or extend this Campaign and add, delete, suspend and/or vary the Campaign s Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion with prior notice by way of posting on ABMB s website, display at branch premises or advertisements or by any other means of notification which ABMB may select and such shall be binding on the Eligible Customers as from the date of the notification or from such other date as may be specified by ABMB in the notification. Eligible Customers agree to access ABMB s website at regular intervals to view these Campaign s Page 3 of 8

Terms and Conditions and are deemed to have agreed with and be bound by any addition, deletion, suspension or variation to these Campaign s Terms and Conditions. 24. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Eligible Customers to any claims or compensations against ABMB or for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension, extension, disqualification or forfeiture. 25. ABMB shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature howsoever arising or suffered by the Eligible Customers resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign. ABMB shall not be liable or held responsible to the Eligible Customers in any manner whatsoever if ABMB is unable to perform any of its obligations under this Campaign directly or indirectly due to any force majeure event which include but not limited to any act of God, war, strike, riot, industrial dispute, lockout, fire, drought, food, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of ABMB. 26. This Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the Eligible Customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia. 1. Kempen bayaran Kad Kredit & Pinjaman ABMB ( Kempen ) dianjurkan oleh Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("ABMB") dan akan berlangsung mulai 1 Oktober 2018 hingga 31 Mac 2019 (termasuk kedua-dua tarikh) atau tempoh lain yang mungkin dimaklumkan oleh ABMB dari semasa ke semasa ("Tempoh Kempen"). 2. Kempen ini dibuka kepada Pemegang Kad Kredit ABMB, Pelanggang Pinjaman Peribadi, Pinjaman Perumahan dan Sewa Beli terpilih dengan akaun yang sah, aktif dan mempunyai status kredit yang baik seperti yang ditentukan mengikut budi bicara ABMB dan telah menerima pemberitahuan melalui perkhidmatan mesej pendek ( SMS ) daripada ABMB tentang Kempen ini ("Pelangan"). 3. Pelanggan yang berikut tidak layak untuk meyertai Kempen ini: a) Pelanggan yang tidak menerima pemberitahuan SMS kelayakan daripada ABMB; b) Pelanggan yang Akaun mereka dengan ABMB telah digantung atau ditamatkan semasa Tempoh Kempen atau yang melanggar mana-mana perjanjian lain dengan ABMB; c) Pekerja tetap dan/atau kontrak ABMB (termasuk anak syarikatnya dan syarikat-syarikat yang berkaitan), ahli keluarga terdekat, ibu bapa, pasangan, anak-anak dan adik beradik mereka; d) Sebarang akaun dengan ABMB yang disifatkan sebagai delinkuen atau tidak dikendalikan dengan memuaskan; e) Individu yang tidak waras, bawah umur atau muflis; f) Mana-mana individu lain yang dikecualikan oleh ABMB mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya tanpa memberi sebarang notis atau sebab tentangnya. 4. Pelanggan akan diberikan Rebat Tunai sebanyak RM30 tertakluk pada mereka membuat pembayaran kad kredit/pinjaman ABMB mereka dengan menggunakan hanya dana yang diperoleh daripada Akaun Semasa/Simpanan ( Akaun ) mana-mana kaedah pembayaran yang layak yang disenaraikan di bawah dalam mana-mana tiga (3) bulan kempen berturut-turut semasa Tempoh Kempen : a) Sediakan arahan tetap melalui Allianceonline atau hubungi pusat panggilan 03-55169988 b) Allianceonline c) Allianceonline mobil d) Pusat panggilan 03-55169988 e) Mesin Teller Automatik (ATM) Alliance Bank f) Kaunter cawangan Alliance Bank g) Interbank GIRO ("IBG") / Pemindahan Segera ("IBFT") dari Akaun bank lain 5. Untuk bayaran Pinjaman, amaun mestilah sama atau lebih daripada jumlah ansuran bulanan akaun Pinjaman. Untuk pembayaran Kad Kredit, amaun mestilah sekurang-kurangnya pembayaran minimum bulanan. 6. Pelanggan tanpa Akaun ABMB boleh membuka Akaun ABMB di mana-mana cawangan ABMB dan berhak mendapat faedah bonus sebanyak 5% setahun untuk 3 bulan pertama pada baki dalam akaun ABMB baru yang dibuka semasa Tempoh Kempen( Faedah Bonus ) tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat berikut: a) Faedah Bonus akan dikira berdasarkan baki baki purata bulanan, dihadkan pada baki purata Akaun sebanyak RM5,000. b) Hanya Faedah Bonus melebihi RM1 akan diberikan. 7. Akaun Semasa/Simpanan ABMB yang berhubung kepada AllianceOnline Pelanggan akan diperlukan, untuk membuat pembayaran kad kredit/pinjaman melalui AllianceOnline. 8. Setiap Pelanggan hanya akan diberi ganjaran sekali untuk pembayaran balik setiap produk semasa Tempoh Kempen. 9. Rebat Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Kad Kredit Alliance Bank Pelanggan Prinsipal yang mengambil bahagian dalam masa dua belas (12) minggu selepas tamat Tempoh Kempen. Page 6 of 8

10. Rebat Tunai dan Faedah Bonus akan diberikan kepada Pelanggan yang Layak berdasarkan siapa cepat dia dapat tertakluk pada ketersediaan Rebat Tunai & Faedah Bonus yang dihadkan pada RM70,000 sepanjang Tempoh Kempen. 11. Transaksi permbayaran tidak sah atau transaksi yang dibalikkan tidak layak untuk Kempen ini. 12. Pelanggan yang Layak perlu mengekalkan Akaun yang aktif sepanjang masa dalam Tempoh Kempen bagi mengkreditkan Faedah Bonus. ABMB tidak akan melayan mana-mana Pelanggan yang Layak yang menutup akaun mereka secara sengaja atau tidak sengaja. 13. Pulangan Tunai tidak boleh dipindah milik dan ditukar dengan wang tunai atau barangan lain. ABMB tidak akan melayan sebarang permintaan daripada mana-mana Pelanggan atau individu lain untuk mengkreditkan Pulangan Tunai ke mana-mana akaun pihak ketiga atau akaun lain Pelanggan yang tidak berkaitan dengan Kad/Pinjaman. 14. Pelanggan hendaklah secara peribadi menanggung dan bertanggungjawab untuk kos berkaitan dengan Rebat Tunai termasuk dan tidak terhad kepada mana-mana cukai yang berkenaan, pembayaran insurans dan perbelanjaan lain yang berkaitan. 15. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Pelanggan dianggap telah menerima dan bersetuju sepenuhnya untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung di sini ( Terma dan Syarat Kempen ) termasuk mana-mana pindaan atau variasi terhadapnya dan akan menerima secara keseluruhan dan sepenuhnya pindaan atau variasi tersebut. Terma dan Syarat Kempen dan keputusan ABMB berhubung semua perkara berkaitan dengan Kempen ini adalah muktamad dan terikat ke atas semua Pelanggan dan sebarang surat menyurat dan/atau rayuan tidak akan dilayan. 16. Sebarang perkara yang tidak dilindungi di bawah Terma dan Syarat Kempen ini akan ditentukan oleh Bank. 17. Terma dan Syarat Kempen adalah tambahan kepada Terma dan Syarat sedia ada yang mentadbir Kad Kredit/Pinjaman dan akaun perbankan Pelanggan dengan ABMB ("Terma Sedia Ada"). 18. Pelanggan dengan ini memberi persetujuan sepenuhnya dan tidak boleh dibatalkan dan membenarkan ABMB untuk mendedahkan butiran mereka kepada mana-mana pembekal perkhidmatan pihak ketiga yang dilantik oleh ABMB untuk tujuan Kempen ini. 19. ABMB berhak membatalkan Kempen sekiranya berlaku transaksi penipuan, tidak dibenarkan atau dibalikkan. 20. ABMB tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kegagalan atau kelewatan dalam penghantaran bukti transaksi oleh VISA International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, saudagar, pihak berkuasa pos atau telekomunikasi atau mana-mana pihak lain yang boleh menjejaskan kelayakan Pulangan Tunai Pelanggan semasa Tempoh Kempen. 21. ABMB berhak untuk menggunakan nama, sebarang gambar yang diambil, sebarang video yang dirakam dan/atau maklumat lain tentang Pemenang untuk tujuan pengiklanan/promosi semasa dan akan datang. Pelanggan dengan ini memberikan persetujuan dan kebenaran yang tidak dapat dibatalkan dan memberi kuasa kepada ABMB untuk menggunakan, menerbitkan dan / atau memaparkan nama, apa-apa gambar yang diambil, apa-apa rakaman video dan / atau maklumat lain untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan / atau promosi semasa dan masa depan tanpa pampasan. 22. Akaun Pelanggan mestilah pada setiap masa (i) sah, dalam kedudukan kredit yang baik dan tidak melanggar mana-mana terma Terma dan Syarat Kempen atau Tempoh Sedia Ada;dan (ii) tidak akan ditamatkan atau ditutup atau dibuat tertakluk kepada apa-apa lampiran, perintah-perintah buruk yang dibuat oleh Mahkamah atau manamana pihak berkuasa yang disetujui oleh undang-undang, tertunggak dan / atau tidak sah atau dibatalkan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Bank untuk berhak mendapatrebat Kempen. 23. ABMB mempunyai hak mutlak untuk menambah, memadam, menggantung atau mengubah Terma dan Syarat Page 7 of 8

Kempen yang terkandung di sini, secara keseluruhan atau sebahagian mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya dengan memberi notis terdahulu, dengan cara memaklumkan tentangnya di laman web ABMB, mempamerkannya di cawangan-cawangan atau melalui iklan. Pelanggan bersetuju untuk mengakses laman web ABMB pada selang masa yang tetap untuk melihat Terma dan Syarat Kempen ini dan dianggap telah bersetuju dan terikat dengan apa-apa tambahan, penghapusan, penggantungan atau variasi kepada Terma dan Syarat Promosi ini. 24. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, sebarang pembatalan, penamatan, penggantungan atau pelanjutan Tempoh Kempen tidak melayakkan Pelanggan untuk sebarang tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap ABMB atau untuk manamana dan semua kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami atau ditanggung oleh Pelanggan akibat secara langsung atau tidak langsung daripada tindakan pembatalan, penamatan, penggantungan atau pelanjutan tersebut. 25. ABMB tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau menerima sebarang liabiliti dalam apa jua bentuk yang timbul atau dialami oleh Pelanggan yang disebabkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung dari Kempen ini. 26. Terma dan Syarat Kempen ini ditadbir oleh dan ditafsir mengikut undang-undang Malaysia dan Pelanggan bersetuju untuk patuh kepada bidang kuasa Mahkamah Malaysia. Page 8 of 8
