The hall will be open the first day and a half of the conference beginning at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, May 15, and it will close after the luncheon, Tuesday, May 17. You may set up Sunday afternoon from noon until 6:00 p.m. All exhibitors are invited to all food and beverage functions, including the Monday opening breakfast. On Tuesday, the exhibit hall will open at 8:30 a.m., where a continental breakfast will be provided for exhibitors and conference attendees. Exhibitors may begin breaking down their booths after the Tuesday luncheon. You will have until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday to remove all exhibit booth items from the hall. Neither the Chamber nor Marriott Grand Dunes is responsible for lost or stolen items. If there are more than two attendees associated with your booth, you will be charged $125 for each additional person. The exhibit fee does not include conference attendance.
