The hall will be open the first day and a half of the conference beginning at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 12, and will close at 11:15 a.m., Thursday, May 13. You may set up on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. or on Wednesday morning from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. All exhibitors are invited to all food and beverage functions, including the Wednesday opening luncheon. On Thursday, the exhibit hall will open at 7:30 a.m., where a continental breakfast will be provided for exhibitors and conference attendees. Exhibitors may begin breaking down their booths at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday. You will have until 1:30 p.m. on Thursday to remove all exhibit booth items from the hall. After that time, neither the Chamber nor the Crowne Plaza Resort will be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
