GINA BENJAMIN Operations Manager Community Options Joined Heritage Care Group in 2010. Previously been with Community Options since 1998. Wealth of experience working with people with mental health needs in the voluntary sector, including complex needs including alcohol and substance misuse. Previously managed registered and supported living services for Heritage Care in Lincolnshire. Managed Learning Disability services in Lincolnshire in the NHS. Qualified nurse in Learning Disabilities with a post-graduate diploma in Management Studies and an MA in Applied Health Studies (research). STEPHANIE GUESS MARK HOOPER Head of Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire Services Joined Heritage Care in July 2017. Registered Nurse with over 25 years experience which includes ITU, District Nursing, Community Matron, Community Discharge Team and Diagnostic Imaging. CHC/ FNC assessor. Assistant Director for Safeguarding Adults at risk for 8 years within the NHS with experience of complex investigations. Experienced in developing, managing and monitoring Clinical Governance systems within the NHS, care home sector and international private sector organisations. Experienced in the development, monitoring and review of quality assurance systems including audit to ISO 9001 standards across a range of both small and large care home provider groups. 15 years experience in the care home sector, with knowledge and experience across both provider and commissioner organisations. Over 30 years experience working in mental health in both statutory and voluntary sectors. Extensive skills in people management. BOB PRITCHARD Regional Manager East Anglia Joined Heritage Care in 2010 as Regional Manager in East Anglia. 17 years experience at a senior level developing and operating community based services. Previously worked for voluntary and private organisations in a variety of different roles providing services for people with a learning disability, including secondment to a Primary Care Trust. Qualifications include Diploma in Management and Prince2 Practitioner.

DAVINA SELLICK Head of Marketing and Communications Joined Community Options in a part time Communications role in 2013, combining this with a second position in industry. Took on the full-time position as Head of Marketing Communications for the Heritage Care Group in April 2016. A Marketing & Communications professional with a broad range of industry experience. Worked in the Corporate sector for British Airways, worked in development for a UK based charity, been a Project Manager for the NHS and more recently a Client Service Director in an integrated full-service Marketing Agency. JOANNE TURBERVILLE ROBERT WELLS Deputy Operations Manager Community Options Joined Community Options Operations Management Team in 2015 as Deputy Operations Manager. Currently part time combining her role with her Practice Teacher role training Newly Qualified Social Workers as part of the Assisted and Supported Year in Practice Programme. Qualified Social Worker with over 15 years experience working in the voluntary sector both in senior management and, previously, as a social work practitioner.
