O Hello SFHS! It is time to Nominate your 2018 Homecoming Royal Court!!!! Female Nominations Male Nominations Nominate one Female and Male from each grade that you would like to see as SFHS 2018 Homecoming Royalty. The students with the most nominations will be apart of our Royal Court. (5 Males and 5 Females from Grade 12, 1 Male and 1 Female from grades 9-11) The students nominated must participate in at least one activity / club/ sport during their high school career AND hold a 2.5 GPA or higher. You must also let those students know they have been nominated. You can submit this form more than once to nominate multiple students or nominate students from other grades if you wish. Multiple entries for the

same nominee MADE BY THE SAME PERSON will only be counted as one nomination. Nominations for Senior Court: Now-September 12th at 9am Students with the most nominations from this survey in grades 9-11 will be your SFHS Underclassmen Homecoming Royal ty. SFHS - NHS Blood Drive October 10th 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. SFHS Gym Parking Permits $60/trimester - Cash or Check only (checks made out to SFHS) PSEO/Saints Academy/Saints Online students - Check with Greeter on price. Students will have an option of West or East Lot. Students will not be assigned a specific numbered spot in the lot. All students must have a parking permit in order to park in SFHS parking lots, except the lower lot by the baseball fields. Parking permits will go on sale the 3rd week in September.

Jostens has provided the specifications and a new process to submit senior portraits for publication in the 2019 Lance. The deadline is October 15, 2018. Information is also available for placing personalized ads. Please click the links below for more information. 2019 Senior Portrait Specifications for St. Francis School Yearbook 2019 Personalized Graduation Ad Information for St. Francis School Yearbook Attendance LATE ARRIVALS - Students arriving late to the building will sign in at a kiosk located at the Greeter Station or the Main Office. - Students arriving within the first 10 minutes of class are tardy, anytime after that will be considered an absence. - Student attendance will be updated in Campus, they will NOT receive a pass to class.

EARLY DISMISSAL - Students who are leaving class early due to medical appointments, illness, family reasons, etc. WILL receive a pass from the Main or Health Offices noting the departure time and date. UNEXCUSED ABSENCES Students with 12 or more unexcused absence hours may be prohibited from participating in fieldtrips, Prom, Morp, Senior Exemption Days, early release for athletics, etc. There are two (2) options available for clearing unexcused absence hours. I. Before School 7:00 7:40 a.m. (Behavior Intervention Room C201) 2 unexcused absences cleared Students must arrive NO LATER THAN 7:10 a.m. II. Reminder that $30 passes are available for 9th-12th grade students. Gains admission into all home basketball, wrestling, gymnastics, and hockey games except for section games. Also, gets you into choir concerts, band concerts and school plays. 20 event student passes for grades 1st through 8th graders can be purchased for $60 from the Activities Office or ticket takers at an event. $80 adult passes good for 20 events are also available. Our teachers are licensed with the State of Minnesota and have Driver Education Certification. Our program has been approved by the State of Minnesota Department of Public Safety. General Attendance News Parent/Guardian is requested to call the high school office by 8 a.m. the morning of any student absence at 763-213-1531 or send a note upon the student's return. All students must check in with the greeter or main office on the arrival to school. Parent/Guardian may also email absence information to hsattendance@isd15.org. Absence verification will be allowed up to two (2) school days from the absent date. Parents can check their Infinite Campus account for detailed attendance information. Failure to make up unexcused absences will result in students not being able to participate in field trips, school activities, including Prom. Click here for more information about Campus Portal. An email has been set up for people to submit questions, or concerns. The address is campus.help@isd15.org There was an update to the Infinite Campus App. It is now asking for a District Name, instead of the District ID. The District Name is St. Francis.
