ATTENDANCE Absence Verification: Reasons for student absences are to be verified by a phone call to the attendance office, or a note brought to the Attendance office, within 48 hours of the absence. Early Dismissal/Late Arrival: Please send a note that includes the student s name, grade, time, date and reason for arrival/dismissal. Every student must checkout with the attendance office before leaving school for any reason.
