1. Introduction The Peninsula Haemato-Oncology NSSG is being re-established, not having met for several years due to a national cut-back in network support. Peninsula Cancer Network Manager and Administrative Support have been funded for an initial year by the South West Strategic Clinical Network (SWSCN) and a bid for future funding across participating trusts is expected to be approved by mid-2015. The trusts have continued to meet and share the outcomes of good practice and local developments using the Blood Club as a forum. The first meeting of the new NSSG was held as part of a Blood Club meeting on 14 th May 2015 and attended by a wide representation of clinical and diagnostic members from all five peninsula trusts. Despite the large geographical area covered by the NSSG, the group is working very well together and is keen to keep a strong clinical focus. 2. Network Configuration 13-1C-101h The Peninsula Haemato-Oncology network covers the total catchment population (1.718m) of the following organisations: Organisation Referring CCG Plymouth Hospital NHS Trust NEW Devon CCG Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust NEW Devon CCG Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust Kernow CCG South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust South Devon & Torbay CCG Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust NEW Devon CCG Note: NEW Devon CCG (Northern, Eastern and Western Devon CCG) 3. The final document has been posted on the network website: http://www.swscn.org.uk/networks/cancer/sitespecific-groups/peninsula-site-specific-groups/haematology-ssg/peninsula-haematology-ssginformation-for-members/ 5 Meetings 13-1C-103h The first meeting of the new NSSG was held on 14 th May 2015 and attended by a wide representation of clinical and diagnostic members.
