How Do You Get Involved? Get in contact with your Cluster Coordinators Be sure you are on the cluster mailing lists Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP): Begin planning your NGO programs for 2016 Attend the cluster workshops Receive and read the instructions and templates (early October) Submit your Project Sheets on the Online Project System by the deadline

How do I register in OPS? Create your account (indicate your e-mail, set your password). Complete your User Profile online (contact details, select your role, select your organization). Submit the access request to the OPS administrator. Check your e-mail! The OPS Administrator will send you the access link within 24 hours. Activate the access link received by clicking on it.

2. See the list of all projects, from all partners
3. See the summary of all projects, clusters, donors, etc.
How do I add a project to OPS? Fill in Excel template Log-in to OPS Upload to the system, or enter all the information
Excel Template: This will be circulated as soon as it is available Only fill in one budget summary
Excel Template: Typically have a 1-year duration, from Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2016
Excel Template: This section is critical. The heart of your project. Make sure the Needs, Activities, and Indicators and Targets all make sense together. The Activities you plan should respond to the Needs identified. The Indicators and Targets should measure the Activities you are planning, and be within your capacity to achieve.
