PROVISIONAL AGENDA The order of presentation of the various topics and meeting times are subject to change. Note: V indicates that a formal vote will be taken. Participants are asked to wear Scout Uniform for the Welcome Session, Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony. WEDNESDAY 6 AUGUST 2014 08.30 Introduction Announcements 09.00 Deadline for to choose their training sessions 09.00 Youth Advisors Elections V Election of the Youth Advisors to the World Scout Committee 2014-2017 Forum delegates will elect six Youth Advisors from among the list of Youth Advisor candidates distributed in Document No. 5, this list was sent to all National Scout Organizations before the Forum Voting papers will be distributed at the beginning of the Forum to each delegation having voting rights. Nothing may be entered on the voting paper except the number of votes cast for each candidate. Two of the elected Youth Advisors will also serve on the 13 th World Scout Youth Forum Planning Committee. 09.30 WOSM s draft Vision 2023 and Triennial Plan 2014-2017 Introduction and explanation of the draft Vision and Triennial Plan that will be presented at the World Scout Conference for approval.
