PROVISIONAL AGENDA The order of presentation of the various topics and meeting times are subject to change. Note: V indicates that a formal vote will be taken. Participants are asked to wear Scout Uniform for the Welcome Session, Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony. SUNDAY 3 AUGUST 2014 09.00-22.00 Welcome of at the airport, transfer to Rogla, Participants' registration at the forum venue. 12.00-22.00 Set up Project Fair Area Place: TBC 12.30 Lunch A display panel is provided only to delegations that have registered for the project fair before the Forum. 18.00 Deadline for submission of the proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure. 19.00 Dinner Proposals for amendments must be submitted in writing (Form No. 1) to a member of the World Scout Youth Forum Planning Committee. Only official delegates can submit amendments. Place: Starts in the plenary hall This session will include the regional youth reports in an interactive way. 17.15 Introduction to blogging 18.30 Dinner Place: Starts in the plenary hall International team will know how to use blogging during the Forum. WEDNESDAY 6 AUGUST 2014 08.30 Introduction Announcements 09.00 Deadline for to choose their training sessions 09.00 Youth Advisors Elections V Election of the Youth Advisors to the World Scout Committee 2014-2017 Forum delegates will elect six Youth Advisors from among the list of Youth Advisor candidates distributed in Document No. 5, this list was sent to all National Scout Organizations before the Forum Voting papers will be distributed at the beginning of the Forum to each delegation having voting rights. Nothing may be entered on the voting paper except the number of votes cast for each candidate. Two of the elected Youth Advisors will also serve on the 13 th World Scout Youth Forum Planning Committee. 09.30 WOSM s draft Vision 2023 and Triennial Plan 2014-2017 Introduction and explanation of the draft Vision and Triennial Plan that will be presented at the World Scout Conference for approval.
