POST EVENT DOSSIER Programme partners: About DiGi CyberSAFE Programme The DiGi CyberSAFE Programme is a Smart collaboration between Ministry of Education, CyberSecurity Malaysia, Childline Malaysia and DiGi to advocate a secure, family-friendly Internet experience Launched on the 15 November 2011, the DiGi CyberSAFE Programme is a nationwide outreach campaign aimed at raising the awareness of child safety on the Internet. The main thrust of the DiGi CyberSAFE Programme is a series of educational workshops that will be conducted at schools and community broadband centers around the country. This half-day workshop involves talks and interactive sessions to: Identify online risks and threats: cyberbullying, cyber stalking, identity theft, child pornography and cyber grooming. Educate children: social networking habits and manners, tips to stay safe. Awareness of Helpline: Childline 15999 that is accessible via call and email. The information is useful to me as a parent and it educates my children as they are still very green in terms of cyber safety.
