Driver Medical Qualifications Section 32302 Establishment of Medical Examiners Registry (1 year after enactment) Establishment of system to exchange medical examiner s certificate electronically (5 years after enactment)

CMV Operator Training Section 32304 requires DOT regulations establishing: Minimum entry-level training requirements For both the knowledge and skills test A certification process for training whereby an applicant must present certification of completion of driver training.

CDLIS Section 32305 requires submission of a plan that includes: Date by which all states shall be operating a modernized commercial driver s license system States must use the systems to receive and submit conviction and disqualification data Plan must include compliance plans through September 2016
