Bee Recruited is part of The Marketing Team Limited Bee Recruited was set up a young entrepreneur who began his career in business in 2010 where he built a call centre up from nothing to a 50 man operation in under 12 months. After moving away from the call centre industry, he decided to set up his own digital marketing agency and hired some of the top names in the industry, since then he has built a large client book with clients in various industries. It was here where he met with one of those clients who was complaining that all the recruitment companies he used were charging over the odds and they were all passing the same candidates over to him. It was here that Bee Recruited was born. He worked out he could use his team of digital marketers to source candidates from outside the pond where all the other recruitment companies were fishing using methods such as Google AdWords, Social Media and SEO. This method alongside his recruitment consultants which had headhunted from leading recruitment agencies is the reason why Bee Recruited is now one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in Manchester, with the company excelling the next step is to maintain its position and this has done by investing heavily into the company`s compliance structure.

They use Google AdWords, social media and a range of different techniques to source thier candidates. Our Recruitment Consultants We boast recruiters in a host of industries from digital marketing through to the finance sector. We believe that by investing in our recruiters we can assure that they are kept up to date with the latest updates in the industry. We also make sure they adhere to our strict compliance procedures and they always provide 100% to both the candidate and the client at all time to ensure that the process runs smoothly. Complaince We take compliance very seriously and we are working hard to ensure we are prepared for GDPR when it comes into effect. It is now more important than ever to ensure that the suppliers you work with are being compliant or it could affect your business especially with the threat of up to a 4 million fine for non-compliance. We have an in-house data protection officer who is currently undergoing there IAPP qualification to be GDPR ready along with in-house systems to ensure compliance.

Our Process?... Step 1 - We discuss with the client what their requirements are and specific skills, experience or qualifications the candidate needs to have to ensure they will be able to complete the role. We will then get our digital marketers to source 10 relevant CV`s. Step 2 - Once sourced our recruitment consultants will then make contact with the candidates and vet them accordingly to ensure they meet the client's specifications and also carry out all eligibility checks on the candidates. After this they will send copies of the CV`s over to the client who will shortlist who they wish to invite to the next stage of the interview process. Step 3 - Once shortlisted our recruitment consultants will invite the candidates to the next stage of the interview process, ensure they will attend their interview and then be there for both client and candidate throughout the whole process. We then make the candidate aware of the outcome of their interview process, if they were successful or not and complete all relevant admin duties.

What Do We Charge?... What Do We Charge? - We believe the recruitment industry overcharge clients with 15% fees so we have created 2 packages with 2 introductory offers. Package 1 Package 2 Package 1 covers all roles which are under 18,000 basic salary regardless of what the role is and we believe our prices are fair for all parties involved. Price Set fee of 250 for the first candidate 500 there after. Package 2 covers all roles which are over 18,000 basic salary regardless of what the role is and we believe our prices are fair for all parties involved. Price Set fee of 5% for the first candidate 10% there after.
