YS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES OUR COMPANY BACKGROUND COMPANY Incorporation YS Construction Services Pte Ltd was established on 30 January 2013. We are a registered contractor GB2 as well as CW01 with Building Control Authority since year 2013. Our company specialises in general building construction works to residential and industrial buildings. This includes wet trades like brickworks, plastering works and tiling works, especially in granite wall cladding with various types of stones and marbles. OUR VISION Customers preferred choice of service provider for minor & major renovation works, A&A & upgrading works as well as new erection works. OUR MISSION YS Construction Services strives to provide the highest quality of service and workmanship to customers satisfaction. We are committed to build and maintain long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers, suppliers and consultants. Our professionalism and experience on site management and manpower arrangement has been recognised. ARCHITECTURAL WET WORKS We provide all construction related wet work such as cement screed, plastering, skim coating, tiling work, waterproofing and brickworks. STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS We design, fabricate, supply and erect steel structural frames for various industries and sectors. ARCHITECTURAL METAL WORKS We specialise in contemporary residential and commercial metal works to build and maintain structures.
