SOLICITATION OVERVIEW Solicitation Purpose The City of Houston (City), Houston Airport System (HAS), invites interested firms to submit Statements Of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with T.L.G.C. Chapter 2269 for Design- Build Services at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). This is a two-step process. Fees or pricing shall not be submitted in Response to Step One of this RFQ, as defined by Texas Government Code 2269 for a Two-Step Design-Build selection process. If fees, prices or cost are included in Step one of this RFQ, the Response will be deemed non-responsive.

Enabling Utilities Landside Project Scope Overview Standby Power Distribution: One, 2MW Standby Diesel Generator and associated 5,000 gallon fuel tank. Standby Power Distribution for TERM A Core from 15kV Standby switchgear located in the Utility Building. Information Technology Distribution and SCADA: IT distribution (Conduits and cable trays) to run in the Utilidor to Terminals A and A Core, B Core, NCN and MLIT. The Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) will be utilized to monitor and control all utilities for energy consumption within Terminals A, B, C, D, E, MLIT and FIS. Reclaimed Water: 6 schedule 40 PVC reserved for future reclaimed water and will run in the Utilidor. IAH Redevelopment Program
