Strike Forces The Coast Guard Strike Forces nationwide: Ft Dix New Jersey, San Francisco, CA, Mobile, AL Strike teams facilitate preparedness and response to oil and hazardous substance pollution incidents in order to protect public health and the environment. Maritime Safety and Security Teams (MSST) Specialized domestic waterside security force during port safety and security missions.
