In the case where an offshore structure is holding the applying company, the same rule shall apply to the holding company At least 50% of staff must be engaged in technology related work throughout the entire incubation period Request office size less than 1600 sq ft Conduct core R & D in Science Park No retail activities in Science Park office Environmentally friendly workbench Shareholder did not join the Incu-Tech Programme or the IncuTrain Programme operated by Hong Kong Cyberport of the same field previously 15

Send the application to us and you will get results of the admission in about 2 3 months for Incu-Tech and Incu-Bio and 1-2 months for Incu- App; and run your business in Hong Kong Science Park if admitted!
