4. Task Force Updates Unifying Goal The task force is continuing to work on its focus, when youth engage with business good things happen; when businesses engage with youth, good things happen, blending economic development and youth development. Additionally, the group is focusing on non-traditional workforce partners to include business and economic development partners, youth and parents, and community support. The task force has decided to bring in a different consultant to move forward with the economic development focus. Eric Breit is taking the lead to find a new consultant and is open to recommendations. The Unifying Goal Task Force presentation. Symbiotic Relationships The task force has been conducting its work around compiling data from its surveys. The survey results were sent out to all partners that were invited to take the survey. The task force has increased communications with the partners as a result of the findings in the first survey. The next big project of the group is conducting the follow up survey of the partners regarding communication. The Symbiotic Relationships Task Force presentation.
